Dried Fig
Fig is a plant that is growing in western Asia, having been under cultivation in Iran for thousands of years. Iranian fig has a uniquely rich, sweet taste which is totally different from other fig types, it is nutritious fruit which contains vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, chlorine, sulfurous, copper and vitamin A, B and C, this fruit can be consumed fresh or dry. Iranian dried fig is high in sugar (roughly 60%). and dried fig has 5 times more sugar than the fresh one which makes it a great natural energy booster snack. The Iranian fig is left to be dried on the tree in a totally natural way.
